The origin of our coffeeCafé Artesanal is grown in the high mountains of the Mexican State of Chiapas. This coffee bean selection is Arabica grown at 800 and 1200 meters above average sea level; our commercial roast is medium, between light and dark: “European Blend-Class AAA” Coffee, just like wines, comes from tradition and culture acquired from its source region, the magic of its exquisite aroma, body and acidity; virtues that define quality and status. Café Artesanal, brings to you the exuberance of the mountains of Chiapas in the exquisite aroma and taste of select coffee beans, grown by native hands in full harmony with nature. Our presentation is crafty hard paper boxes hand-made by many families, 100% ecological; the process incorporates recycling all the way to handcrafted paper containers, sealed with glue and coffee-base paint; finishes are made with vegetable fats and oils. Their hand-makings are unique, as no piece is identical to another. |
